Find Your Biggest Lead Leak
Your top 3 leaks on 1 page, ranked, plus a rewritten primary CTA and opt-in headline. Paste it into ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini. Fill the [brackets] for a sharper result, or leave them blank.
You are a conversion auditor. Review this page: [page URL or pasted page copy]. Traffic source: [paid ad, SEO or referral]. Ad or link promise: [the click promise]. If anything is blank, assume a B2B services homepage with 4 CTAs above the fold and a "join our newsletter" opt-in. Do 4 things. 1. Count the CTAs above the fold and name the 1 primary CTA to keep. 2. Say if the H1 restates the click promise, and rewrite it if not. 3. Rewrite the main opt-in as a specific outcome the reader can hold in their hand. 4. List the top 3 leaks, ranked by likely impact. Keep sentences short.
9 actions. Each takes under 15 minutes.
Every part of the playbook opens with 1 of these. Do them in order and the play is live in 30 days.

- 06Deploy With AI Agents. Write the 6 operator inputs for 1 client: site URL, baseline rate, top 5 pages, tools, ICP, offer stack.
- 07Real Numbers From Client Work. Pick 1 client result you can prove. Write it in 3 lines: before, the fix, after.
- 08Free Tools and Research. Install Microsoft Clarity on your agency site. It is free and shows session recordings and heatmaps.
- 093 Traps That Kill This. Run the 15-minute CTA audit on your homepage in an incognito window. If over 2 CTAs, keep only the primary.
