    Inbound Revenue Stack

Respond to the right leads faster and move them onto the calendar.

What it does. The Inbound Revenue Stack scores new inquiries, sends the appropriate response, routes qualified leads and books appointments using your criteria, calendar and connected systems.

Best fit. B2B teams receiving inbound leads through a website form or lead source, with an active CRM, a calendar owned by named sellers and approved email or SMS accounts.

    Change

What changes after this stack is running?

    Before

Leads wait for a response. Every inquiry is treated the same. Salespeople chase poor-fit leads. Booking requires multiple messages. Discovery context is lost.

    After

Every inquiry enters one response workflow. Leads are scored using approved criteria. Qualified prospects receive the correct next step. Appointments are booked into the connected calendar. Discovery notes and source information reach the sales team.

Operational outcomes described above. AGL does not guarantee financial performance.

    Strategy

    How this system works

    STEP 1
    Score the inquiry
Every new lead is scored against your fit criteria the moment it arrives.
    STEP 2
    Respond first
The right response goes out fast, in your voice, on the channel the lead used.
    STEP 3
    Route and book
Qualified leads are routed to the named seller and booked on a live calendar.
    STEP 4
    Hand off with context
The seller receives the discovery context instead of starting cold.
    Execution

    Execution components

Every AGL growth system runs on the same four layers.

    AI workers
4 workers, each owning one job inside this system.
    Automation and workflow
Documented sequences, triggers and approval steps that move work between the layers.
    CRM and data
Your CRM and analytics stay the system of record. Every action is written back.
    Human decision points
Named approvers own messaging sign-off, exceptions and every real buyer conversation.

    FAQ

    Common questions

Is this a template or a working installation?
DIY is a working reference stack you install yourself using the included checklist. AGL Installation is a live installation tuned to your criteria, CRM and calendar. Managed Stack is that installation with AGL operators running it monthly.
    Does AGL connect my tools?
On AGL Installation and Managed Stack, yes — one website-form source, one CRM, one calendar and approved email or SMS accounts. On DIY, you connect your own tools using the setup guide.
Who operates it day to day?
DIY and AGL Installation: your team. Managed Stack: AGL operators handle monitoring, scoring and message optimization within the monthly capacity, and hand booked meetings to your named sellers.
    How much can it process?
Managed Stack monthly recommended capacity is up to 500 new inbound leads across three primary response paths, published only when AGL approves it for your account.
What happens if an integration is unsupported?
We flag it during intake. Beta integrations ship with a 24-hour issue-fix window. Custom CRM work is scoped as an AGL Installation add-on. Unsupported integrations remain outside scope.
    Can I upgrade later?
Yes. DIY buyers can add AGL Installation later; the DIY fee is credited against the installation fee. AGL Installation customers can move to the Managed Stack once the installation is verified.
    What happens after cancellation?
Managed Stack subscription stops. Your scoring framework, workflows, message templates and CRM field map remain on your accounts. AGL removes operator access.
    Are software fees included?
No. CRM, calendar, email platform fees, Twilio SMS usage and LLM API usage are billed to your accounts directly. This keeps ownership clean and lets you cancel AGL without disrupting the tools you already use.
