    Deal Revival Stack

Bring stalled leads, lost deals and past customers back into the conversation.

What it does. The Deal Revival Stack identifies eligible contacts, scores the opportunity, runs approved reactivation sequences and routes interested responses back to your team.

Best fit. B2B teams with an aged CRM, dormant leads or past-customer lists, active sales coverage and approval to reach eligible contacts under their consent and compliance rules.

    Change

What changes after this stack is running?

    Before

Closed-lost leads sit untouched. Follow-up depends on individual memory. Past customers receive the same generic message. Replies are not classified consistently. Interested contacts are not routed quickly.

    After

Eligible contacts are segmented and prioritized. Each segment receives an approved sequence. Responses are classified. Interested opportunities return to the right person. Suppression and opt-out rules are followed. Results are visible in one report.

Operational outcomes described above. AGL does not guarantee financial performance.

    Strategy

    How this system works

    STEP 1
    Identify who is eligible
Pull stalled leads, closed-lost deals and past customers you are allowed to contact.
    STEP 2
    Score the opportunity
Rank by fit and recency so the team works the contacts most likely to reopen.
    STEP 3
    Run approved outreach
Send reactivation sequences you approved, in your voice, across allowed channels.
    STEP 4
    Route the replies
Classify responses and hand interested contacts to a seller quickly.

    FAQ

    Common questions

Is this a template or a working installation?
DIY is a working reference stack you install yourself using the included checklist. AGL Installation is a live installation tuned to your eligibility rules, CRM and offer. Managed Stack is that installation with AGL operators running the monthly activation cycle.
Does AGL decide who is eligible to contact?
No. You provide eligibility, consent and suppression rules. AGL enforces them in the workflow but does not give legal or compliance advice.
    Who handles replies?
The Revival Scoring Framework classifies every reply. Interested and booking-intent replies are routed to a named owner in your CRM. Opt-outs and not-interested replies update suppression automatically.
    How much can it process?
Managed Stack monthly recommended capacity is up to 1,000 eligible records per activation cycle across up to three segments and three sequences, published only when AGL approves it for your account.
Can this work from a CSV instead of a CRM?
Yes. The Managed Stack accepts one approved CSV source. Suppression and consent rules still apply. Results are written back into a reporting sheet if no CRM is connected.
    Can I upgrade later?
Yes. DIY buyers can add AGL Installation later; the DIY fee is credited against the installation fee. AGL Installation customers can move to the Managed Stack once the installation is verified.
    What happens after cancellation?
Managed Stack subscription stops. Segments, scoring model, sequences, suppression lists and templates remain on your accounts. AGL removes operator access.
    Are software fees included?
No. CRM, calendar, email platform fees, Twilio SMS usage and LLM API usage are billed to your accounts directly. This keeps ownership clean and lets you cancel AGL without disrupting the tools you already use.
